Printing Issues

Not for me, but the member cannary.

 

When trying to print from Word or Note Pads, I get the message from Lexmark that due to ID ENUS23317 Symptom I cannot print:-

 

file embedded within Internet Explorer.

 

a Word or Excel file that is embedded etc etc.

 

a PDF file that is etc etc.

 

from the Lexmark Toolbar

 

Upto yesterday Printer was working fine and still is

printing OK apart from Word and Note Pad pages.

 

Lexmark have given me a very long list of the

Products & Environments (Lexmark, Microsoft

and Explorer) which will not comply.

You might want to check their web site for a way to 'reset' the printer. Sometimes, these printers can be reset by holding certain buttons while turning on the power. With the HP printers I've had to research, I found ways to do a 'soft' reset and a 'hard' reset.

just a suggestion but perhaps it's being blocked. go to manage add-ons (in internet explorer) and make sure that all add-ons for your printer and for adobe products are listed as enabled.
