no licenese available

I just added 50 terminal liceneses to the machine that is runnign as teh

terminal serivecs licese machine.

When I open the Terminal Server Licnensing MMC, it tells me there are 39

available.

Yet, when people try to connect, they get a message saying there isn't

anymore licenses left.

Which OS is your server running? I assume 2003, is that correct?

Which type of licenses did you install, Per User or Per Device?

Which licensing mode is your Terminal Server using? Check in Terminal

Services Configuration - Server settings - licensing

Which EventID, Source and Description regarding licensing do you see

in EventViewer on the Terminal Server?
