nero 7 help

hi

i had nero 6 on pc , bought nero7 which i loaded in off a disc but error 39 missing files keeps coming up when i try to use this can any one help please:(

Did you uninstall the Nero6 before trying the install of Nero7?

If yes, have a good look at the box it came in. If anywhere on the box it states the word "Update" then it is not the complete version and is just an updater for the original Nero6. If you did uninstall 6, then you lost those files by doing so.

 

The only answer is to take back the disk and pay the extra for the complete version of Nero7.

 

If however it is the complete version of Nero7 and you still get the error message. try a complete uninstall of everything Nero, then try again. If still no result the disk may be a faulty one anyway, so again take it back and exchange for a good one.
