wireless problem!

Hi everyone! I hope someone out there can help me asap. Briefly I have a desktop with a Netgear wireless router, my son has a laptop so does my daughter. My daughters laptop is still able to connect internet via the router but my son's hasn't worked since he came home from London - even though it is picking up signal etc etc. I'm trying to put new internet security on his laptop before he goes back tomoro and can't!!!:confused:

Has he ever connected to the Internet using that router and laptop connection?

 

Do you have the wep key for the router and, if so, has it been entered on the laptop?
