New pyagcore issue

I sympathise. I have the same infection and the above steps have failed! I get to step 5 when the computer shuts down then restarts with the same "Null" pop-up! Anyone-else with ideas?

Seem to be missing my last post!

I managed to eliminate the dreaded Kiwee by searching hidden files in 'Advanced search' and repeatedly deleting the ten or eleven entries that were found. The repeats were because of some internal links that meant refusal to trash until the core program was found and deleted. I had deleted the beast through the Control Panel 'Delete Programs' facility but obviously that didn't work. Hope this helps.

P.S. I can recommend Avira, Used it for a few years now.
