Force Lockout Session

Hi

I have a Windows 2003 domain with 50 Windows XP SP2 desktops joined to the

domain.

The users can open a session on the domain from any desktop.

I need to ensure that after 30 minutes of iddle time on her or his computer,

the user session will be locked out (for example when the user goes away for

lunch without properly closing the session).

I tried to find something in the Default Group Policy of the domain but

could'nt figure which setting is OK.

Help appreciated.

Nicolas

Re: Force Lockout Session

Hello,

force enable the screen saver and require password:

USER

Administrative Templates\

Control Panel\

Display

Password protect the screen saver

You should not change the default Domain Policy. Create a new one instead.
