web browsing stopped working

we run a 2003 std server

all of a sudden on friday we lost internet access IE6 and 7

 

I am able to log onto the server remotly so we know the internet is still

connected

 

internet did work fine with the server address 192.168.16.2 as the prefered

dns server

 

what has gone wrong and how can i get this fixed?

try and tracert 207.46.197.32
