If not, then it's a possible PSU fault, or a board fault.

Your best bet is to wait for Tootech to return since he is best able to sort out a means of checking which is most likely. He is here fairly often throughout the day.

Just keep checking back.

We are down to a board, memory, and a power supply.

Leave the other devices disconnected for now.

Is your memory 1 stick or more. If you have more than 1 stick, it's worth trying it with 1 stick only, then a different one. I would normally swap out the RAM at this stage, but obviously you won't have lots of spare RAM kicking around.

The only other thing to do is remove the BIOS battery whilst switched off at the mains, leave it a couple of minutes and put it back it and try again.

If that doesn't work then I suspect either the power supply, the board or both.

Sometimes a power supply will fail and replacing it is all that is required. You could do to borrow a power supply if possible, fit it and see if your board will boot. There is such a thing as a Power Supply Tester, a friendly computer shop may have one and will be able to check it for you.

If that doesn't work, then I'm afraid your board is faulty and will need replacing
