I want to give Readonly RDP access to group of my users.

I want them to RDP and view all drives of Windows 2003 server but they

cannot modify any thing.

Any good idea?

This is not a feature of rdp. Use NTFS permissions on the file system

instead. Possibly combine it with the lowest level of rdp

permissions, which is Guest level access.

Note that users need at least Read + Execute to (parts of) %

SystemDrive%, %SystemRoot%, %ProgramFiles% and %SystemRoot%\system32,

otherwise they won't be able to logon at all.
