Please direct me to more appropriate groups as you see fit. Anyhow, Single Windows 2003 Standard SP2 AD environment running: AD Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise SP2 Symantec AV Ninja Spam filter file sharing, et al -on- HP Server 2xXeon 3.0 GHz CPU 2 GB memory single homed NIC Over time, performance drops which is corrected by reboot. No viruses or other malware detected. Average 87 processes. I will await some suggestions to refine my details before going on ad-naseum. Thanks, mIke
