logon problem in terminal service

When i type my credentials on terminal server and click ok the servidor dont

log.

My screen stay gray and tesminal service stop.

My servidor respond but i dont got logon.

Hi, Bruno,

 

You may need to contact Product Support to get to the bottom of this one.

They'll probably want more details about the behavior; whether you're denied

access to the terminal server, whether the terminal server works for anyone

else, and the like.
