prodda Posted January 27, 2009 Author Posted January 27, 2009 Hi guys - just to put this thread to bed, this is the spec that I went with:- Antec Nine Hundred Corsair 750Watt PSU ASUS P5Q Deluxe Core™2 Quad Q6600 Coolermaster Hyper TX2 Fan Corsair XMS2 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 800MHz 320GB Hitachi 7200RPM SATA II Samsung SH-S223 22x DVD RW SATA Sapphire ATI Radeon 4870 512MB Windows Vista SP1 Home Premium (64-bit) Had it put together for me (at no extra cost), delivered two days after ordering and it's flying. Can't comment on the Antec/Coolermaster debate, other than to say that the Antec 900 seems to be incredibly cool and well built - I'm very impressed with it. Thanks to all for the help and advice.
