Unholding the Tape drivers after reboot

Hi Experts,

 

I have a Windows 2003 32 bit OS which is unholding the Tape drivers(Qualstar

88132 Robotic Library) after rebooting the hardware box. It means that I have

to re-install the drivers everytime I start the server.

 

Any pointers would be appreciated!

Correction : Rebooting the hardware box = Tape Library and not operating System

i.e. When I reboot the Robotic Library box it removes the drivers from

Windows 2003.

 

This problem is sporadic and it happens once in a fortnight. Really confused

whats causing it...
