Outlook not closing in TS

I have a few people that Outlook will not close properly, it just hangs and

says it it closing. It is a TS farm consisting of 2 TS servers and 1 DC.

 

I have found a patch : OUTLOOKff.msp, but I have no idea how to install this.

 

Any thought or suggestions would be great.

Hi Dan,

 

With all users logged off of the server, double-click the

patch file to apply it. If for some reason you are unhappy

with the results then you can restore your last backup.
