problem w/ new RDP

Ever since I switched over to Vista I've been having a problem w/ the new

Remote Desktop program. I find a big lag in performance (screen refreshes,

etc.), particularly when I'm connecting to any of our Exchange servers. Are

others noticing this as well and are there any settings I can change in RDP

to help this?
