BeeCeeBee Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 (edited) Is the fatal exception error limited to the single program or does it appear at other times? If it is just the one program, has it ever worked for him/her? Have you gone through the basics with your friend such as simply uninstalling the program and then trying a reinstall? RandyL Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 Gavin with all due respect this is not only a specific software issue but we also know absolutely nothing about his system or any other specifics. To even stand a remote chance of helping him he will need to join so we can offer first hand support. Useing a go between rarely works. In addition we would need to know much more and even then we might have to just link him. Quote We are all members helping other members. BeeCeeBee Posted January 9, 2009 Posted January 9, 2009 Glad it was solved Gavin :) but for your own protection it would be a good idea to follow Randy's advice and not get involved as a go between unless you plan on doing the work yourself.
