windows 2003 hangs up

Recently I installed win2003 SP2 on my laptop Toshiba , when I finished

the insalltion I was able to access it, then suddnely It hangged up ,

which repair CD can I use to be able to boot the pc and *uninstall* a

certain program that might cause the problem ?
