Access problems

When I remotely log on to a 2003SBS server and then via remote desktop

to another server on that network running Server 2003 Standard I

cannot use Manage Your Server nor mmc. I tried My

Computer>rclick>Manage but doesn't work. Strange messages are popping

out though, like "The application failed to initialize properly" or

"Class not registered". Any ideas what can be the problem?
