Malwarebytes Question?

Hi guys, just a question: is it normal for Malwarebytes to take nearly 3 hours to do a full scan on Vista when it takes less than an hour on XP?

Well Fee XP is about 1.5GB in size compared to Vista which can range from 8 to 13GB in size.

 

Logic dictates the larger the OS the longer it will take to scan love. :)

 

It also comes down to the amount of programs you have parked up in C:\Windows\Program Files

i knew Vista was alot larger but had no idea it would take so long. Plus i have nowhere near as many programs on this computer as i do with the older one. Guess you live and learn...lol...but thanks for the quick reply. As always it is much appreciated thanks.
