bios won't let me change the year

bios won't let me change the year but i can change the time and date it is

What information can you give us about your BIOS, the make, version number etc.

intel d955xbk board all was fine untill i reset cmos

Try changing the motherboard battery to a new one?

did that still doesn't work also it is taking about 3-5 min to boot

If its not the battery then something is wrong with the MOBO - 3-5 minutes is not normal
