Terminal Server VPN Question

We have some remote users that are using a remote dekstop connection to

access our company network. On the TS there is a VPN connection to an

off-site AS400. If you sit at the TS machine you can use the VPN fine but

if you remote to the machine the VPN will not connect. Is this something

that is not allowed or does anyone have a suggestion how to correct the

problem?
