Over the last couple of days when visiting Ebay for example, I find that when clicking on NEXT it stays at the same page. Would be grateful for some advice please.

Hello jeannelle,

a few questions:

When you say the next button, do you mean the link at the bottom of the page, or the next button in your web browser?

if it is on the page, it could be a page loading error, have you tried refreshing the page and seeing if it works then?

What internet browser are you using?

Is it the latest version?

what other websites does this problem appear on?

Sorry about all those, answer as many of them as you can with as much detail as possible :)

Thanks for your reply. I use the Internet Explorer Browser. It is the link at the bottom of the page and have refreshed but it makes no difference. It only seems to happen on the Ebay site.

It is the link at the bottom of the page

There appear to be many links on the bottom of the UK ebay home page.

What link are you trying to to go to?

Also please look at your security options under Tools > Internet Options > security. Is it set at internet?
