Processor Queue Length

The processor Queue Length on one of my domain controllers varies from 5 to

15+. My monitoring service has a maximum setting of 7, meaning that

everything above that vaule creates an alert for me to handle, but every time

it occurs I don't see anything performance issues on the server. However, I

don't know what is causing the queue length to get so large. Can someone tell

me what to monitor, so that I can isolate the problem?
