OK, I unticked CLIStart in the Startup tab in msconfig. and it seems to be working now, but I couldn't connect to the internet until I added another wireless reciever thing.

 

 

CLIStart is an ATI process - it can also be attributed to Malware if it is located in the C:/windows/system32folder

Intel Q6600 @ 4Ghz (Watercooled)

Asus P5K premium black pearl

4GB OCZ Reaper 8500

260GTX

Go into safe mode and then go to C:/program files/ATI

Can you list what is in there please
