Hi all. I'm having a weeeeee bit of a problem with OpenOffice 3 and MS Word 2003 compatibility. Well, not really a problem, just a bit of an annoyance.

On my computer at home, I use OpenOffice 3 and I love it to bits. One thing I especially like in it is how you can add notes in the margin and I use that function quite a lot. I always have to save my files as .doc files though because at work, I have to use MS Word 2003. Now, my issue is, when I open up a document in Word that has notes that were created in OOo Writer, the first letter of every note, if it is a capital letter, disappears. And when I work on a document in Word and save it, no matter if I played around with the notes or not, when I open it in OOo Writer, all the notes dates and times are reset to the time I opened the document.

As I said, it's not a real problem and I can definitely live with it but it is a tad annoying. Does anyone know of some sort of plugin or some such that could help fix that? It would be nice if I could make sure all my notes remain intact when I open it in different word processors. Any help or insight is appreciated.
