NT4 PDC - Changed IP Address & Lost Domain Service

I feel really stupid asking this question, but tonight I was updating an old

NT4 PDC, and after I changed the IP address (changed Internet providers),

when I restarted the machine, I lost all PDC functions!!

 

Can anybody help....ASAP!!!

 

Please....desperate.
