W2K3 Service Logon Account

On 2 domain member servers, we use administrator or a member of domain admins

to start specific services. Rebooting or restarting the services requires

reentering the password for the account. I've setup a GP to allow the

particular user the rigth to logon as a service as per the KB article which

number which escapes me at this moment, to no avail.

Part II; anyone have a script that restarts a service not running as system

account, and needing a password?
