Which files are open on the server?

Is there a way to see which files are open on a server and by whom? We are

moving from Netware to Windows networking.

The easiest way I use is to open the Computer Management MMC console

(compmgmt.msc) and connect to the server hosting the files. Look

under Shared Folders then Open Files...

OK, thanks. I've used a/the MMC for Symantec AV so this sounds like

something at least vaguely similar.
