Windows Fonts are all screwed up

Hi All,

 

I'm having some problems with my Windows Server 2003 Enterprise SP2 Server,

it has 1 GB RAM , 2x 2.4 Ghz processers.

 

The problem is that everytime windows loads im getting weird fonts, see

Can anyone help me, google as a proved useless
