I upgrade our server 2003 enterprise sp2 to 4G, but the windows report

total phisical only 3071.3 MB?? even the bios report for 4G??

You could try the /PAE switch in boot.ini. You shouldn't need to, but

give it a try and see.

the /PAE is refer to memory above 4G. isn't?

Correct, which is why I said that you shouldn't *need* to use it,

however I did find a few reports of people with similar problems for

whom the PAE switch worked. Here's one:
