DirtyPolo Posted January 28, 2009 Posted January 28, 2009 Hello rainy, It appears that you are getting this error message as AVG is trying to update it's anti virus definitions. either a firewall is blocking it, your connection isn't up when it tried to update or it is for some other reason, If your internet works fine normally, as in your browser, viewing webpages then it is the programs problem. You can either uninstall AVG and reinstall it, or choose another anti virus program from our list of Extreme Tech Support - Free PC Help Recommended Security products [You can also update it manually, but a reinstallation should fix the problem aswell] Quote Cooler Master HAF 932Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 3.3GHzAsus P5K Premium Black Pearl2GB OCZ reaper 1066MHZATI Radeon HD4850Pictures!
