Password Manager

I like the Norton Password Manager. However, I just got a computer that has Windows Vista Home Premium and it is not compatible with the NPM. Does anyone know of a Password Manager that works the same as NPM? A free download would be great, but I am also willing to buy.

Why would you want a password manager - you are FAR better buying a flash drive that has the ability to encrypt than store passwords on your PC

It doesn't work with the Opera browser, which is perhpas it's only downside.
