Guest Cagey Bee Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 Can anybody give me step-by-step instructions on connecting a Win98SE PC to the AT&T/Yahoo DSL service? Or point me to a web site where I can find the information? Should I just try using the Home Networking Wizard? Their tech support adamantly refuses to help with this issue. I already have a network card installed, so you need not explain how to do that. Kevin

I don't use english version of win98se but something like that) it doesn't mather what operating system you use, all are same... some ugly internet providers did back in the dark ages force you to go theirs webpage to "log in", maybe at&t still do? What did at&t write in their "installation instructions" (that probably have screenshots for other operatingsystems), anything more?

But, when installing Verizon DSL on a neighbor's computer I had to install the PPPoE networking protocol first and then log in at the Verizon DSL home page.
