Downloaded Mir revenge but when i click exe i get this "windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item" i assume this is a problem i need to config in vista as same download works fine on my laptop using xp, but no idea how to do it .

You may have to check your settings as it may require that you run as an administrator. Try that and get back to us. I have limited knowledge of vista so help from others will be needed if that does not work.

Just right click on the shortcut and in one of the tabs there is an option to 'run as administrator'

it gives me the same warning when i try to click the run as admin tab

Sorted now avg was picking the exe up as a virus thx for the help
