slow logon from remote locations

I got one dc ad remote users are reporting having problem with lonog logon

times from remote locations

 

we believe this has to do with the time change which was schedule a week

ago. now users canot login.

 

any idea??

I am getting event ids: 1006, 1053, 1054 and 1030 on the xp machines. users

are getting logon delays very slow.

What are the source for those event IDs?

 

Make sure that the clients and DC have the same time (and cannot be more

than 5 mins of difference between both).

The clients are in different time zone does it matter?

Nope, just get the time and the timezone settings correct on both sides,

timezones are taken into account.
