I have a few users on the Domain that have recently recieved new

laptops replacing their desktop units. Since the swap, I cannot load

their Pst's back for them. I get an error that "you are not authorized

to access this file" All users are using the same version of Outlook

on the same platform. They are able to send/Recieve through the new

setup.

Hi - this isn't the best group for your question - try

microsoft.public.outlook.

In a domain or corporate network, PST files are best avoided, for myriad

reasons. Exchange is much better. Read this about PST files -

Hello IT,

Check that the .pst is not read only.
