DLS to Standard Time switch failed

On our Win2k Server we do have auto-DLS set and I used TZEDIT to update our

time zone. It matches exactly what our WinXP Desktops have (via WinXP

Updates).

 

Problem, the DLS to Standard time change did not happen on 11/4 (1st Sun in

November, 02:00) as it should. When I came in Monday 11/5 the time was still

on DLS.

 

I manually corrected the time.

 

Now the question is why? The server is on 24/7 and Server Administrators

just log off. The time switch should have taken place under these

circumstances, correct?

 

Any ideas?
