Windows Print Spooler

I have a big problem with the print spooler service on a Windows 2003 Server

computer. I am having to constantly stop and start the spooler service to get

print jobs (mostly PDF's) to go through about 10-15 at a time. I have updated

the drivers on the server about 4 times and deleted and re-added the printer

about the same ammount of times. I have about 10 other printers on the server

that have the same problem. The only difference is the one HP Color LaserJet

4700 printer keeps saying it's offline until the spooler is reset and the

others say Online. Any Ideas??? This is very frustrating. Thanks in advance!!

Hello,

any network problem between server & printer ?

Could you change the printer's network cable or switch port ?
