How to allow "access local drives" to some users, but not all user

Is there a way to allow some users access to their local drives in TS, but

not allow all users the same right?

I understand how to turn the access off/on in GPO but that appears to be

"all or none" effect.

Check this FAQ:

How can I allow only a subset of my users to redirect their local

printers and drives?
