Hi

My PC keeps rebooting when I try to install drivers for any hardware.

I have just reinstalled windows xp pro as before it lost system files and since i have had to reinstall my drivers.

But i do not think it is when i install drivers i think it is when the processor takes a lot of load.

I have tried installing a new service pack and it did it.

It just goes to black screen and then reboots as normal.

Many Thanks

Adam

Did you make sure to install your Mobo's drivers first Adam?

they should be on a disk that came with the Mobo/PC

Or if not, they should be avaliable on your Mobo's website.

These are the first things that should be reinstalled if taken away.
