Guest Dan D. Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 Using Win2003Ent. I have a drive that only has two folders. When I right click on properties for the two folders, one folder shows size of 0 and the other shows size of 3MB. However, when I look at properties for the drive it shows 21G capacity with only 3G free. I have show hidden files and folders turned on. If there are hidden folders/files on that drive how do I see them? What else could it be. I've emptied the recycle bin. Thanks, -- Dan D.

Guest Dan D. Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 Re: hidden folders/files? If you mean "hide protected operating system files" then that is unchecked. Or do you mean something else? Guest Anthony Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 Re: hidden folders/files? If you don't have access to the files (for example a Profiles folder), the size does not show up either, Anthony, http://www.airdesk.co.uk "Dan D." <DanD@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:5E03307B-BDD3-4756-8A92-804F53E7B64C@microsoft.com... > If you mean "hide protected operating system files" then that is > unchecked. > Or do you mean something else? > > Thanks, > -- > Dan D. > > > "Lanwench [MVP - Exchange]" wrote: > >> Dan D. <DanD@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote: >> > Using Win2003Ent. >> > >> > I have a drive that only has two folders.
