Import to new Coreldraw file, and hand-draw (overlay) what you want. That is, use grey wetware.

You can't get rid of pixels, they're what makes the image. If you mean "mosaic-like" in appearance, there isn't much you can do without totally altering the image. If it's just fuzzy, try "unsharp mask" (don't ask me why they call it that) in your image editor. If you don't have one, try Irfanview. I don't use it but it's free and very popular and I'm pretty sure it has the filters needed for image correction. There are hundreds of other programs, anyway.
