Hello Adam,

I'm afraid to tell you that it will not.

Your Motherboard specifications, listed here, state that you have 1 x AGP expansion slot and 3 x PCI Slots.

The card you are looking at is a PCI-E, which differs from a standard PCI slot I am afraid.

If you want to know what to look for, look for either an AGP or a PCI compatible card, just not PCI-E

I shall look now for you.

May Ia sk why do you require a HDMI output?

And are you aware that a HDMI output Graphics card will not carry sound?
