ide cables blue , black and grey connectors Whats the difference between them does master go on the black one and slave on grey? why does my @ charcter only work when i shift No2 and why does it all look so complicated...

The Blue connector goes the board Tech666, the Black goes the Master and the Grey goes to a slave device as you correctly stated.

With regard to the keyboard go into Control Panel and choose Regional and Languages and then hit the Languages tab.

 

Hit the Detail section and change the Default Input Language to English {United Kingdom}
