Windows 2003 directory Quotas

Hi,

 

I'm currently running Windows 2003 enterprise Edition with SP2 and would

like to apply directory quotas. Unfortuantely, it appears that this feature

is only available if I upgrade to RC2 ???

 

Is it straightforward to upgrade to RC2 from Enterprise server (SP2) or is

there any other good third party software I should be using instead.
