Any ideas on how to alphabetically sort a long list of remote desktop

connections in the mmc snap in?

You can't. It's annoying isn't it? The ordering is probably held within

the msc file.

 

Try a different remote desktop management app. I use Royal TS which

allows you to reorder and organise your connections in groups:

....or VisionApp, which is also nice (and free)
