Guest Lewej Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 Hi We have about 20 laptops in the field that all work OK - apart from one, whose mapped drives seem intermittently available via a VPN. Some weeks they are seen and availalbe. Other weeks though they appear in Explorer, if the user clicks on them they are empty and have no subdirectories. Clearly this is causing issue. There is nothing amazing about our L2TP VPN. I have asked the user to reboot their broadband router and laptop. Even if they cannot connect to the mapped drives their Outlook and other functions till seem to work OK on the VPN. ANy ideas please! TIA Lewej
