Administrator account not able to connect to IE for critical updat

This is a strange one. In trying to do updates, connect to the internet for

tech support, etc... on my DC I can not get internet access when using the

administrator account only. When I use my AD log in or anyone elses with the

rights it works just fine but when I try to use the administrator account it

times out, DNS error, etc... this is really weird. My SDC does not have the

same issue just my primary.
