Ui popup hidden

Can any one please tell me how to get rid of this? When I shut down my PC I

get a message that this program is not responding. I use Windows Xp home

Most likely a virus running in the background. Reboot in Safe Mode and run

Anti-Virus/Adware/Spyware checker.
