Java plugin not available to all TS users.

I have a simple terminal server farm utilizing NLB. Three identical servers

running server 2003 X64, and IE7. I have installed the Java add-in for IE on

all of the servers but it is not available to all users who log-in to the

terminal servers. It doesn't seem to be a security issue as users with

identical domain group memberships and local security settings get different

results. The users that don't have the add-in available do not get prompted

to load it.

 

How do I make this add-in available to all users?
